They just took off the EEGs and they are taking out the ICP monitor soon. Then we are off to the MRI sometime after. Everything rides on what the MRI shows. Please pray that the MRI will go well and there will be minimal injury to his poor little brain. Please.

Marissa Jensen Kaplan Even an MRI can't fully illustrate what to expect in the way of damage to a little brain. Jacobs MRI showed scattered areas of dead or seriously damaged brain tissue. You would never know it today. These little brains are a work of wonder, capable of compensating for damage that would debilitate an adult. They are simply miraculous.
Ashley Drury Swenson They don't do their rounds for a couple of hours, but I will post what I can if/when we learn something. Also, he is still fairly sedated, so it hard to tell anything at all. Sweet baby.
